authors and contributors will always have one thing in common, a passion for their
vocation or hobby. Any item you purchase from us will directly support the creator of the
item and help offset the costs of maintaining this site.
Our privacy policy is very
simple:
We will never share or sell any information about any customer, ever.
Our return policy is to insure your satisfaction. If you require a
replacement due to damage simply return the item with a note on the packing slip about the
problem and your desired resolution. We'll immediately ship a replacement and credit you
for your shipping costs upon receipt of the returned item or, if you do not desire a
replacement we will credit your account the full amount of your purchase price plus return
shipping costs - no questions asked. Please include your phone number on the packing slip
or note. Undamaged goods must be returned within three days of receipt.
